The Opportunity   

Our client, well-established and respected for their specialism within career transitioning and consulting, is in pursuit of a client service coordinator / admin extraordinaire to join their high-achieving business. This role is crucial to the lifecycle and nature of the candidate experience, ranging from precise data entry into the CRM system to communicating both over the phone and via email, and building strong relationships.

This role will suit someone naturally empathetic, who can deal with sensitive information in a timely manner and is an articulate communicator.

The Responsibility
  
In this coordination role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;  

  • Engage with candidates over the phone & obtaining key information to pass onto consultants;
  • Coordinate and diarise meetings between candidates & consultants;
  • Input candidate information into the CRM system;
  • Run and collate reports via Excel;
  • Send out relevant documents and letters using Word and existing templates;
  • Assist with events, workshops & offsites; and
  • Assist with front of house reception (lunch cover each day).

The Expertise
  
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience coming from a similar remit; be it client services, administration or similar. Experience from within Professional Services, HR, Education or Account Mangement would be highly desired. Naturally warm and empathetic, your mature approach to your work, will set you apart! This role will suit someone with strong people and administration skills, who is a stickler when it comes to attention to detail. Finally, a strong command of MS Office is essential & exposure to CRM systems would be an advantage!
  
Please note, this is an in-office based role, 5 days per week.
