Customer Service Specialist | High-end Interior Firm

The Opportunity  

Our client is an international, award-winning firm within the interior design related sector, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and unique product design! Their welcoming and fun team are now seeking a passionate Customer Service Specialist with a high energy and vivacious personality – along with customer service/call centre/admin experience.

The Responsibility

As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:

  • Processing online orders for customers;
  • Liaising with clients including interior designers, architects, furniture manufacturers, and contractors;
  • Answering phone calls and ensuring the desk is occupied at all times;
  • Responding to emails, providing sales support;
  • Data processing;
  • Customer service and admin requests as needed.

Training will be provided but prior customer service/admin experience is essential.

The Expertise

We are seeking a self-motivated, vibrant, and client services orientated individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a call centre. You will pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and outstanding attention to detail. Intermediate MS Suite skills are imperative for this role. Industry experience is not essential.
