Executive Assistant – 12-month Fixed Term Contract | Globally renowned business

Assistant Sydney has partnered with a global management consulting firm renowned for its expertise in business strategy, corporate development, and organisational transformation and servicing clients across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and consumer goods. With a reputation built on an analytical and innovative approach and the ability to deliver insights tailored to each client’s challenges and opportunities, our client is considered a trailblazer in its specialisation.

Join this enviable firm on a 12-month fixed term contract as an Executive Assistant and support several Partners & Managing Directors. You will be set up for success with a thorough handover and supported by a strong Administrative cohort. 

The Responsibility

Working closely with 2-3 Managing Directors and Partners at any one time, your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Complex diary and calendar management;
  • Frequent international and domestic travel coordination;
  • Expense & timesheet management;
  • Event coordination;
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts on behalf of the partners;
  • Assisting with client workshops;
  • Maintain a strong working relationship across all departments;
  • Broader ad hoc pieces.

The Expertise
 
Seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant who possesses 3-5 years of experience in line with the outlined responsibilities; exposure to professional services or banking/finance is an advantage. You will have proven initiative, confidence, and capabilities to hit the ground running relatively quickly. We are looking for someone with a high EQ, who isn’t afraid to ask questions, and who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll be proficient in MS Office, have demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and proactivity, and be capable of managing competing priorities.
This role is suited to an immediate EA/PA/TA looking for their next contract role. Experienced EA/PA/TA Working Holiday Visas can also be considered.
