The Opportunity

Our client is a market leading global consulting firm with a reputation for helping clients with their unique service offering, through their highly connected network of global and local offices. On offer is a high-level EA opportunity supporting two senior leaders and working closely with a small team. This position is newly created and come up as a result of business growth, opportunities like this to join a stable, respected and people centric environment are few and far between. This role will see you manage executive administration and project management in a fast paced environment.

The Responsibility

As Executive Assistant you will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and organising meetings with key stakeholders;
  • Managing extensive travel coordination and logistics;
  • Preparing correspondence and daily preparation packs, proposals and pitch style documents;
  • Managing all email communication and responding on behalf of the your leaders when necessary;
  • Building high level relationships with stakeholders;
  • Extensive diary management and time prioritisation;
  • Capturing information on behalf of your leaders and managing priorities tightly;
  • Projects focus with various ad hoc tasks like research, collation of information and execution of tasks to deliver to timeframes and;
  • Supporting with preparation and execution of events.

The Expertise

This role requires a superbly organised individual who knows how to be two steps ahead and anticipate their leaders needs. Coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills and polished presentation are essential. On paper what we would like to see is experience as an EA supporting multiple executives for a number of years. Professional services or similar industries, corporate fast paced environments as well as global business exposure are where they have had most success from new hires in past, therefore will be looked at favourably.
