The Opportunity 

Assistant Sydney is working on two exciting Executive Assistant opportunities with a premier boutique residential property agency! Our client, a renowned name in the industry, is celebrated for their innovative, client-focused, and modern approach. Due to their rapid expansion, they are looking to hire Executive Assistants for two of their top-performing offices – Inner West and their newly opened space on the Lower North Shore. We are searching for self-starters who can hit the ground running and confidently engage with high-profile clientele.

The Responsibility

This role requires you to provide administrative support to leading sales agents and their small teams. Responsibilities include: 

  • Preparation and administration for all properties listed for sale – including vendor management 
  • Project Management to prepare properties for sale eg coordinating repairs and styling 
  • Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations
  • Diary Management for the high performing team
  • Organising and preparing the team for open houses & auctions
  • Building relationships and liaising with clients, internal teams and third party suppliers
  • Database management & compiling reports 

The Expertise

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Team Assistant who has 1-2 years demonstrated experience. Industry experience is a necessity as is a Certificate of Registration and valid drivers license. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident, and a fast paced operator who is confident dealing with stakeholders. You’ll need to be capable of working in a reactive, fast paced and sales focused environment, with an eagerness to pick up new processes quickly. We require someone who has a customer centric approach to their work, and a polished presentation. Attention to detail must be impeccable, as well as your organisational and time management skills.
