Executive Assistant | Media Powerhouse

The Opportunity   

Our client is a super vibrant, ever evolving media powerhouse, with offices around the globe. Based in Sydney’s Head Office, you can expect a fast paced, high performing, collaborative environment. This role will see you supporting one main Executive and a second Executive on a more ad hoc basis.  If you love supporting at senior level and have at least 3+ years relevant EA experience, you are encouraged you to apply for this position!

Although this role is a 3-month temporary contract, please only apply if your working rights would allow you to move into a permanent position as this may be an opportunity in the future. 
  
The Responsibility

As Executive Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Diary, calendar scheduling and email management;
  • Preparing meeting documentation and presentations;
  • Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally across the USA, UK and Asia PAC regions;
  • Domestic and international travel arranging incl. itineraries, accommodation and transfers;
  • Managing expense reporting and invoice reconciliation; and
  • Preparation of board rooms for meetings with internal and external parties incl. preparation of the agenda and organising catering.

The Expertise
  
The ideal candidate will be well-versed at adapting to an ever-changing, dynamic environment, where prioritisation is key! Having a keen eye for detail and understanding the importance of confidentiality, will be a true value-add! To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3+ years’ EA experience, and coming from within a legal environment would be hugely advantageous! Your work ethic and high level of integrity will set you apart, coupled with your excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
