They are currently seeking the talents of a high performing and highly proactive Executive Assistant, who can provide exemplary support to their APAC Sales Director. Their people are at their core, and you’ll enjoy, or better, you’ll thrive in an office based environment where you collaborate face to face with your executive daily. Based in the Sydney office, this role will involve occasional travel to execute events and work seamlessly with your executives demands. The Responsibility
This role incorporates all of your traditional EA support, with a strong events emphasis. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive diary management and scheduling;
- High volume inbox, email and correspondence management;
- Extensive travel coordination with the full suite of itineraries and prep packs;
- Presentation and report preparation – including board papers;
- Preparation of agendas, papers and action items for meetings;
- Coordination of business wide events and conferences of all sizes and scales, both on a local and APAC level;
- Invoice and expense approvals;
- Managing and protecting the Director’s time and efficiency by confidently navigating many stakeholders and demands; and
- Handling a variety of business projects, executing or directing things in a highly proactive manner.
The Expertise
To be considered for this position you will be an intelligent individual, self directed and able to function proactively, handling curve balls when required. Other qualities you possess include an eye for detail, tech savvy and able to read a room and tailor your style to your audience.
3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant with a strong event management skill set is what we will look to see on paper. Exposure in high volume and fast paced environments will see you succeed and prior experience within a sales based team or remit would be the cherry on top! This executive is after someone eager and driven in work ethic to match their own, this is a big role and requires someone who enjoys a challenge.
