Executive Assistant to CEO & Leadership Team

The Opportunity

Assistant Sydney is proudly partnering with a highly regarded household name, who are experts in the strata insurance field. On offer is a unique Executive Assistant position, reporting directly to the CEO as well as supporting the senior leadership team. The CEO is best described as approachable, personable, transparent and interested and what makes this role exceptional is that you can truly put your stamp on it!

It has a strong EA focus, but you’re also responsible for the office operations and really championing the office culture, so someone who is able to foster an environment where the employees can thrive! The Responsibility

In this Executive Assistant role, your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule appointments and liaise with stakeholders;
  • Coordinate travel for the CEO & on occasion personal travel for the Managing Director;
  • Organise meetings, to include agenda prep, presentations & minute taking;
  • Manage office projects and events and collaborate with the P&C team to implement positive workplace initiatives;
  • Expense management to include monthly credit card reconciliation;
  • Liaise with maintain relationships with building management, suppliers and vendors;
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies and sundries; and
  • Ad hoc support to the NSW branch team and national teams as required.

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years demonstrated EA / Office Management / Operations experience, looking for a multi-faceted role. We want someone non-precious, with a strong work ethic, who has the confidence to get the to-do list done! Naturally, you’ll possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a knack for picking things up and moving things forward, improving processes and creating efficiencies. Having a keen interest in ensuring staff morale and engagement is high will be highly valued!
