The Opportunity
  
This C-Suite Executive Assistant role will see you working for a well-known and highly regarded brand, on a global scale they are known for their impressive projects in the construction and engineering space. Their sheer size, scale and global roots mean you will be exposed and challenged by the business scope. Currently they are seeking a humble and capable Executive Assistant to provide seamless administrative support to three key leaders on their C-Suite leadership team. This is an important role for the company; and as such they are looking for a candidate that is not shy of a fast paced, administrative heavy and hands on role.
  
The Responsibility
  
The main focus of this EA role will be to provide sound administrative support, to three executives. Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Diary management for three busy executives including frequent changes to priorities and deadlines;
  • Providing administrative support including the preparation of board papers, reports and presentations, processing of expenses and approval of invoices;
  • Coordinating travel requirements and logistics both domestic and international;
  • Managing and coordinating meetings;
  • Maintaining and navigating complex relationships with stakeholders both internal and external;
  • Managing and distributing all correspondence for each executive in relation to their teams and;
  • Identifying and executing process improvements to streamline areas and enhance support to your executives.

 The Expertise
  
To be considered for this opportunity you will be an Executive Assistant with at least 5 years experience supporting multiple executives at once. Coming from construction, property, engineering or similar industries will be highly advantageous, as will any exposure to large complex organisations. You must have a non-precious mindset and enjoy working at a high level, but be flexible with respect to taking on additional tasks when required. You will be polished, professional and genuine in your style and enjoy being a true support to your executive. Lastly a presence in the office is important for this role, so you must enjoy and be comfortable being in 5 days per week.
