The Opportunity
  
Our client is an investment manager, delivering an impressive track record of growth over multiple decades. This position supports a senior leader and small team that is nationally spread. This role will see you deploy your high-level relationship management skills, allow you to jump into special projects and at its core deliver high level EA support to a humble and personable executive. The Responsibility

Your Executive and team will require support centred around;

  • Extensive diary management for your Executive including co-ordination of all internal and external meetings;
  • Arrange and manage travel including; flight and accommodation bookings, expenses and budget approvals for your Executive and team;
  • Organise and coordinate team related meetings and events including logistics, attending and taking minutes where required;
  • Preparation of presentations, agendas, reports and other documentation;
  • Relationship management including owning various internal and external stakeholder relationships;
  • Administration and execution of property related documentation including property agreements and insurance certificates;
  • Own and manage the system and database (SharePoint) for compliance purposes and; 
  • Taking an avid involvement in projects, working cohesively with the wider administration group and business when required.

The Expertise
  
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Team Assistant. Hailing from within commercial property and real estate as an industry or working with a similar team will be highly advantageous. You will have a ‘roll your sleeves up attitude’, yet enjoy operating in a professional, courteous and approachable manner. Strong time management skills is a must, as is adaptability and flexibility.
