The Opportunity

Our client is an international leading tech company that has created a fantastic reputation for itself with employees and customers. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join on a 5 month contract until the end of year. This is best suited to a high-energy and personable individual who has a go-get attitude. The hours of work are 8:00am – 5pm, with flexibility required when events are on. They are located in the heart of Barangaroo and are easily accessible by all forms of public transport!
The Responsibility
In this role you ware expected to coordinate all aspects of the building maintenance and essential services, whilst also providing exceptional service to the client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Coordinating facilities services with contractors and external service providers
- Scheduling maintenance and ensuring our systems are updated accordingly
- Updating and maintaining plans and assisting with inspections, overseeing access card information
- Relieving reception and supporting the facilities team with any ad-hoc administration or project duties
- Coordinating inductions, security checks and ensure records are up to date for all subcontractors.
The Expertise
The right candidate for this position will have a background within Facilities at a Manager / Coordinator level or be experienced within Letting and Property. You will hold yourself to a very high standard across the board, be it customer service, communication, attention to detail and presentation. You understand the corporate sector and the expectations of a global firm yet are also a warm and welcoming individual who is approachable for all clients or employees. You are reliable, resilient and a problem-solver at your core, but you also enjoy organisational and autonomous tasks too.
