Their office based in Mulgrave, is seeking a superstar Office Coordinator in a full-time temporary contract. The role is diverse in nature, where no two days will be the same. The Responsibility
In this Office Coordinator role, your duties will involve, but aren’t limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming correspondence including phone calls, emails, mail;
- Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms, scheduling meetings, calendar management;
- Organising events and catering;
- Liaising with vendors, contractors, external stakeholders and coordinating facilities maintenance of the office, as well as security passes;
- Ad hoc administrative, facilities, and reception duties.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years’ admin, facilities, reception, or related client services experience, and will be welcoming, sophisticated, and mature in their approach to work. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is an attention to detail. You will be a fast learner, willing to try new things and polite in your approach. The successful candidate must have at least basic MS Office Suite skills.
