The Opportunity
Our client is a highly successful and innovative ASX listed construction firm located in the heart of the Perth CBD. They are seeking an energetic, engaging and customer focussed individual to join their firm as a part time Receptionist, acting as first point of contact and epitomising their brand. This is an ongoing contract with an opportunity to convert to permanency for the right candidate. The projected start date will be October 8th with 3.5 day working week, Tuesday – Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm. You will work as part of a dynamic, vibrant and people focused team within a highly reputable company. The Responsibility
In this role, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- Acting as first point of contact for visitors; meeting and greeting in a friendly and professional manner;
- Meeting and event booking, coordination and set up, and re setting spaces;
- Answering incoming calls, attending to enquiries and assisting with visitor check in as required;
- Reporting and resolving any building related issues;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel, and providing assistance to the team in a timely manner, and;
- Any other task that will support the effective management of the floor, providing a personalised and top-tier experience.
The Expertise
To be considered for this position you will be client and people focussed, with a want to engage with various stakeholders and deliver a 5 star service. If you have Reception experience, or yield from a hospitality, airlines or a tier-one professional services-oriented environment this will be looked upon favourably, as you will be passionate about working with people, and as part of a fast-paced team. You will be an individual who possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and be immaculately presented. Being comfortable liaising with high level internal and external stakeholders is essential, as is being able to think on your feet, and work well autonomously. Finally, you will enjoy working in a fun and dynamic team with a fantastic and inclusive culture, and have the attitude that no task is too big, or too small.
