The Opportunity
  
Our client is a global financial firm that specialises in offering solutions to clients in the APAC region. They are searching for an experienced corporate receptionist, who is ambitious in nature and eager to learn the business inside and out. Based in office 5 days per week, you will integrate nicely into a close-knit team of successful industry leaders. This position will allow you to gain valuable insights into the inner workings of a top-tier investment firm, positioning you for future growth and progression in your career.

The Responsibility

The responsibilities for the Office Manager include:

  • Managing the Reception Desk and Conference rooms, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, handling mails & couriers, organising meeting caterings, etc;
  • Maintaining the office facilities and general cleanliness;
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls;
  • Ordering and replenishing of stationery and office supplies;
  • Providing clerical support and preparing meeting materials; printing, binding, filling and scanning documents.

The Expertise

We are looking for the right fit! This candidate will have 2+ years of similar corporate front office roles, or, have the desire and skillset required to enter the corporate world as a receptionist. You will be prepared for a focused and quieter work environment but enjoy the autonomy and independence this provides. Perhaps, you possess those natural host instincts and can truly anticipate the needs of others, this initiative will serve you well when dealing with Executives. You are warm, charming and offer a calming presence, easy to get along with without compromising on professionalism. There will be no task too big or too small for this gracious person! An interest or experience within the finance industry is highly advantageous, but not essential.
