The Opportunity   
  
Our client is tier-one global asset management firm, with an impeccable reputation on market. Conveniently located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, in a gorgeous and modern office, our client is renowned for their excellent workplace culture. This firm is one you want to get your foot in the door with!

We are on the hunt for an experienced and highly professional corporate receptionist who enjoys a varied role including office administration and facilities coordination. This role will suit someone who takes immense pride in their appearance, is naturally welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Someone who upholds themself to the highest standard, is paramount. The Responsibility

Your responsibilities as their Senior Receptionist will involve:

  • Welcoming all guests warmly and professionally;
  • Offering and serving of refreshments;
  • Managing and maintaining of the meetings rooms and board room;
  • Liaising with building management and vendors for office matters, including repairs and maintenance;
  • Ordering and replenishing of stationery, stock and office supplies;
  • Liaising with the events team to arrange breakfasts, lunch meetings, catering for large events, as well as internal events and birthday teas etc.
  • Ad hoc administrative support such as processing of invoices, raising purchase orders and security card requests.

The Expertise
  
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist (or in a similar client-facing position) in a corporate environment. Financial services and/or 5* hospitality experience would of course be highly favoured! You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills is vital, along with a high attention to detail and a positive attitude.
