We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced receptionist/customer service professional looking to join a corporate office environment. This role will suit someone who takes pride in being the first point of contact for a business, wanting to be the friendly and professional face of a business.

The Responsibility

Your responsibilities as their Senior Receptionist will involve:

• Welcoming all guests warmly and professionally;
• Offering and serving of refreshments;
• Managing and maintaining of the meetings rooms and board room;
• Liaising with building management and vendors for office matters, including repairs and maintenance;
• Ordering and replenishing of stationery, stock and office supplies;
• Liaising with the events team to arrange breakfasts, lunch meetings, catering for large events, as well as internal events and birthday teas etc;
• Ad hoc administrative support across the business.

The Expertise

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist (or in a similar client-facing position) in a corporate environment. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills is vital, along with a high attention to detail and a positive attitude.
