The Opportunity   

Our client, a renowned global technology firm, is in pursuit of a Team Coordinator who will be pivotal in support across the APAC region. This high performing and collaborative environment will see you reporting into a senior EA who supports the wider leadership team across Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore. This is a 12-month contract initially, with a view to permanency thereafter. The ideal candidate will be adaptable in nature and have a flexible approach to their work, understanding the nuances of different time zones. The Responsibility
  
As Team Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Diary and calendar scheduling;
  • Preparing meeting documentation and conducting research;
  • Organising of domestic and international travel incl. itineraries, accommodation and transfers;
  • Stakeholder liaison both internally & externally across APAC;
  • Coordination of events & offsites; 
  • Managing expenses and credit card reconciliation; and 
  • Ad hoc administration & project support as required.

The Expertise
  
This role requires a mature minded and flexible individual, who is looking to develop their office support career. Ideally, you will have at least 2 + years’ experience in a similar role, perhaps as a Team Administrator / Team Assistant or Junior EA level. The ideal candidate will be well-versed at adapting to an ever-changing dynamic environment, where prioritisation and multi-tasking is key! Your work ethic and high level of integrity will be a true value-add, coupled with your excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong MS Office and admin proficiency.
