The Opportunity

In this role you will be managing a tight-knit team of Customer Service professionals who you will drive and motivate on a day-to-day basis, both locally and remotely.
The Responsibility
As the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Ensure the success and development of individual team members;
- Manage the roster across the Customer Care Team;
- Organise team meetings in collaboration with the Customer Care Leadership Team;
- Generate and analyse reports to provide feedback and progress of KPI’s for the team and Customer Care Manager;
- Handle day-to-day escalations;
- Ensure business partnership model is upheld and relationships are managed.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in a management position. You will inspire, motivate, and build the team with your people management skills, approachable nature, and bubbly personality.
