The Opportunity

This ASX-listed company is looking to bring in a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support the Executives and General Managers within the Digital team. The position has become available at one of Australia’s most highly regarded property groups in a beautifully luxurious headquarters located in the heart of Sydney CBD.  They are extremely well-established and perceived to be one of Australia’s most innovative companies, which has resulted in them becoming an award-winner that is committed to creating a sustainable, connected community.

Our client is looking for a switched-on, highly organised and polished individual for an estimated 4 week contract. You will be remunerated based on experience.

The Responsibility
  
As the Personal Assistant your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Team diary coordination and management;
  • Email management and filing;
  • Prepare expense claims;
  • Distribute emails and correspondence (internal/external mail), including organisation of couriers via reception;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas as required;
  • Manage travel arrangements – booking online with CTM.

The Expertise

To be successful in this role you will possess 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant. Having the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team will be highly-regarded, along with your excellent time management skills. You will be confident, professional, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated initiative, intermediate MS Office Suite skills, and a high attention to detail.
