Sarah has forged a successful recruitment career focused on the Office Support markets in both Australia and North America. She is an industry expert, with a deep knowledge of talent within this space. Since returning to Sydney from New York City, Sarah has embarked on the journey to create Assistant Sydney. Her vision is to develop it to become the most professional and high service Office Support recruitment firm in Sydney.

Grace commenced her career as an Office Support professional while completing a Bachelor of Social Science & Psychology at the University of Western Sydney. Moving into recruitment in 2013, Grace and has been responsible for partnering with some of Australia’s leading companies. Grace has focused her time on the Executive Office Support segment and gained an intimate understanding of the intricacies associated with senior EA searches. Grace joined Assistant Sydney with a view to continuing her focus on creating candidate and client relationships that are based on transparency and personalised service.

Completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and PR in her home town of Ireland, saw Claire commence shortly after an international career built around her client service centric approach. Working within the Events industry as a PA established her knowledge of Office Support from a grass roots level, and from there she decided to pursue an expat experience. This saw Claire work for Emirates as a cabin crew member for 2 years, living in the UAE during this time, before relocating permanently to Australia in 2016. Identifying that her strengths were interacting with people, organising and networking, made the transition into recruitment completely sensible. Claire has since specialised for the past 18 months in the Sydney Office Support market, building up particular expertise in the Construction, Engineering and Retail sectors. Claire takes delight in working with her clients and candidates in a friendly and helpful manner, and is excited to continue her recruitment career with Assistant Sydney.

Isabella completed a Bachelor of Media and Communications at UTS before joining Assistant Sydney in 2017. Isabella is passionate about delivering a tier one service to both her clients and candidates alike and she is known for offering a personalised and warm approach. While supporting a range of organisations, Isabella has a particularly strong client network across the financial services, professional services and education industry sectors. Isabella also supports Assistant Sydney with respect to our social media presence and marketing content.

Nicholas provides Office Support recruitment services across a range of Sydney businesses while being responsible for employer and candidate research for Assistant Sydney. His role involves talent engagement, consulting projects and business analytics to ensure the firm is aware of all key Office Support professionals in the market. Nicholas completed a Bachelor of Commerce before beginning his career with a leading law firm in the CBD. More recently, he transitioned his focus to building a career in recruitment.
