Sarah has forged a successful recruitment career focused on the Office Support markets in both Australia and North America. Upon returning to Sydney from New York City in 2017, Assistant Sydney was established due to Sarah’s high quality reputation for being a market leading expert.

As a result of her 10+ years experience dedicated to her work, Sarah has a proven track-record in executing search and selection engagements for ASX listed organisations, privately owned businesses, HNWI’s, emerging entrepreneurs, government and not for profit entities. Her expertise lends to the Senior Executive Assistant market where she is both well networked and knowledgeable.

This stems from the top; as a business owner and people leader, Sarah is outcome focused yet empathetic by design. Following the completion of her Bachelor of Social Science & Psychology Degree, Grace moved into a career in recruitment where she has since spent the past nine years. Specifically, Grace has concentrated on the Executive Office Support market for seven of these years, and in that time has been responsible for partnering with some of Australia’s leading companies.

Grace brings a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing organisations and their talent management strategies when attracting key support professionals. Her in depth experience speaks well to all levels of Office Support recruitment; and no matter the assignment, Grace always focuses on creating candidate and client relationships that are based on transparency and trust.

In addition to her recruitment responsibility, Grace also plays a lead role at Assistant Sydney on tenders and contracts, account (PSA) management and process improvement.

Isabella completed a Bachelor of Media and Communications at UTS before joining Assistant Sydney as a founding member in 2017. Over the past four years Issy has earned a market reputation for being one of the best Office Support temp Managers’ in Sydney; one capable of working at a fast pace without compromising on quality or care.

Commercial in approach and well versed in all levels of Office Support recruitment, Issy has top clients across the Property, Finance, Technology and Aged Care sectors. Passionate about community and giving back, Issy also takes a lead at Assistant Sydney in pushing forward philanthropic initiatives whilst managing the Assistant Sydney social media network.

Upon graduating from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Human Resource Management, Claire joined Assistant Sydney in 2018. Since then, Claire has a developed a strong network of Office Support professionals and has gained fantastic experience recruiting for some of Australia’s most well loved retail, FMCG and ASX listed businesses.

Currently Claire is completing her Masters of Human Resource Management at the University of Sydney whilst continuing to pursue her career in recruitment.
