The Opportunity
If you’re an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys a more contemporary approach to executive support, this is an exciting opportunity to partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team of an established global technology organisation.
Supporting the CEO as your priority executive, you will also provide broader support across an Executive Leadership Team. This is not a traditional, high-touch 1:1 CEO role; the CEO is highly independent, creating an opportunity for an EA who enjoys working autonomously, anticipating where support will add value and operating as an extension of the broader leadership team.
The culture is high-performing yet down-to-earth, with accessible executives, limited hierarchy and a collaborative way of working. The CEO is onsite each day and values face-to-face interaction, making this a predominantly office-based opportunity. The Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing executive support to the CEO and broader Executive Leadership Team;
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and scheduling across multiple senior stakeholders as required;
- Managing complex domestic and international travel, including multi-destination itineraries, visas and logistics;
- Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling and associated logistics;
- Supporting Executive Leadership Team meetings, capturing actions and coordinating follow-up;
- Managing expenses and broader executive administration;
- Coordinating leadership meetings, events and team activities and;
- Proactively identifying where support is required across the CEO and broader leadership team.
The Expertise
We are looking for someone who:
- Has demonstrated EA experience supporting C-suite executives and/or multiple members of an Executive Leadership Team;
- Has worked within a fast-paced, fluid environment, ideally across technology, software or another dynamic organisation;
- Has extensive experience coordinating complex international travel and multi-destination itineraries;
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong judgement and the ability to anticipate requirements;
- Is proactive and adaptable, and comfortable supporting an independent CEO within a less traditional executive support model and;
- Brings a personable, pragmatic style and confidence building relationships across all levels of a business.
