The Opportunity

Supporting the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created position extends well beyond traditional diary management. Acting as a trusted extension of the CFO, you’ll coordinate priorities across the Finance function, support executive and Board deliverables, prepare high-quality presentations and ensure key projects and deadlines continue moving forward.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Executive Assistant or Executive Coordinator looking to broaden their exposure while partnering closely with a commercially minded executive in a highly visible role.
Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating the CFO’s priorities, meetings and forward schedule
- Preparing Board papers, presentations and executive documentation
- Coordinating Finance leadership meetings and following up actions and deliverables
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and commitments are achieved
- Supporting governance activities, reporting and executive communications
- Assisting with cross-functional projects and business initiatives
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and executive briefing material
- Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Providing proactive day-to-day support to ensure the CFO can focus on strategic priorities
The Ideal Candidate

- Has experience supporting a senior executive, CFO or executive leadership team
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Naturally takes initiative and enjoys staying one step ahead
- Has strong written communication skills and confidence preparing executive presentations and documentation
- Can confidently build relationships and follow up with senior stakeholders
