The Opportunities
Assistant Sydney is currently recruiting for three Facilities Coordinator opportunities supporting leading organisations across the financial services, technology and property sectors. Whether you’re looking for an immediate start or a longer-term contract, we have a range of opportunities available:
- Leading Financial Services Organisation | Eveleigh | 6-month contract commencing 27 July | $34/hr + super
- Global Technology Organisation | North Ryde | 3-month contract commencing 13 July | $35/hr + super
- Leading Property Organisation | Sydney CBD | 6-month fixed-term contract commencing 22 July | $40/hr + super
Across all three opportunities, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional workplace experience through facilities coordination, stakeholder management, contractor liaison and day-to-day office operations within premium corporate environments.
The Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary slightly across each opportunity but may include:
- Coordinating day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance requests
- Acting as the first point of contact for workplace and facilities enquiries
- Liaising with contractors, vendors and service providers
- Managing work orders, purchase orders and general facilities administration
- Supporting reception and workplace experience activities where required
- Coordinating meeting rooms, office services and workplace presentation
- Assisting with onboarding, offboarding and workplace logistics
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery
The Expertise
We’re looking for candidates with previous experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Experience, Corporate Reception or Office Coordination within a corporate environment.
You’ll be proactive, organised and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across all levels of the business. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional workplace experiences are essential. Experience using facilities management systems such as Corrigo will be highly regarded.
