Gioia is a Senior Consultant at Assistant Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Management from The University of Technology Sydney and began her career with a specialist accounting recruitment firm. Over the past three years Gioia has finetuned her recruitment skills, and prides herself on her relationship building with all stakeholders, and ability to headhunt the best available talent for permanent, contract and temporary vacancies. Gioia prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with clients through assisting them with a smooth or challenging recruitment processes, as well as candidates as they embark on a new job search through her excellent communication skills.
