The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders across multiple departments within a global, high-performing organisation. This role offers variety, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to work in a collaborative, innovative environment where professionalism and attention to detail are highly valued.
You will play a critical role in keeping leaders organised and supported, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while working as part of a supportive and engaged team.

The Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior individuals across multiple departments
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across local and global time zones
  • Organise and submit multiple corporate card expense claims
  • Track training activity and declare gifts and entertainment in line with compliance requirements
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel in liaison with a dedicated travel coordinator
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks including document preparation, reporting, data entry, filing, printing and binding

The Expertise

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role within a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Experience working across time zones and within a matrix environment (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and collaborative approach
  • High level of initiative, independence and sound judgement
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP Concur expense management (preferred but not essential)
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces continuous improvement
