The Opportunity

This role is based onsite at one of the centres, and the responsibilities are a combination of administration and customer service duties, as noted below. The Responsibility
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing maintenance requests from tenants such as faulty or broken facilities;
- Processing maintenance requests and coordinating contractors to complete work;
- Being the first point of contact for any client queries or concerns;
- Maintaining an asset register of all tenant facilities;
- General administration including; the coordination of mail and couriers, access cards;
- Managing all documentation and updates of contracts and insurances;
- Processing any invoices or expenses;
- Providing support and assistance to the Centre Manager.
The Expertise
To be considered and ultimately successful in this position, you must be an administrative professional who ideally has experience working in a retail or commercial property environment, such as shopping centre management or real estate. You’ll need to be confident working under pressure and to multiple deadlines, have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Your ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders and have the ability to commence immediately will be considered first and foremost.
