The Opportunity

An established and growing professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Administration Coordinator to join their supportive team. This is a great opportunity to build experience in a regulated, professional environment, with hybrid working available, where your organisation and communication skills will play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience and supporting business operations.

The Responsibility

You will support new client onboarding and provide essential administrative assistance across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process
  • Collecting, verifying and maintaining client documentation
  • Ensuring accurate client and company records across internal systems
  • Supporting compliance checks and administrative reporting
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver a smooth, efficient onboarding experience
  • Assisting with general office administration

The Expertise

You are organised, reliable and take pride in delivering accurate, professional work. You will ideally bring:

  • Administrative experience, preferably within a professional or regulated setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A friendly, clear, and professional communication style
  • Confidence using digital systems and managing records
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience in financial services, accounting or compliance is advantageous, but not essential
