The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded ASX listed property group, recognised for owning, managing, and developing high-quality real estate assets, ranging from office to industrial and retail industries across Australia. This fast-paced Administration Manager role will see you as the go-to person for this asset, supporting the Centre Manager in day-to-day duties as well as ambiguous tasks. This is an opportunity not to be missed for someone who is ambitious and detail orientated, and who prides themselves on impeccable stakeholder management and customer service approach.
The Responsibility
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create and process invoices in a timely manner;
- Liaise with internal and external parties with a high level of customer service, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships;
- Manage areas of collection, minimising and controlling outstanding payments;
- Maintain company database, ensuring timely corrections and updates to accounts;
- Audit tenancy schedule against executed lease agreements;
- Assist with the process of monthly (recurring) billings;
- Maintain spreadsheets for document tracking and ensure all documents are filed accordingly.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of administration experience in an office environment, preferably within commercial or residential property, shopping centre or retail. Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable and broader financial administration using Yardi is advantageous. Alongside this, superb verbal and written communication skills, comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management and customer retention skills; and the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment. Articulation and presentation is key in this role, as is your ability to solve problems and make decisions.
