The Opportunity
Assistant Sydney has partnered with an industry leading design and construction firm to bring in a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Office Manager and wider office. This business is rapidly growing and has been strongly recognised for its innovative and strategic commercial builds across Australia and New Zealand.
Our client is looking for a switched-on, reliable, and confident individual who has exceptional attention to detail. As the Administrative Assistant you will act as the face of the business to external guests and represent our client in a professional and respectable manner. You will also take the initiative to understand all aspects of the business to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The Responsibility
As the Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Meeting and greeting all guests visiting the office;
- Ensure the office is presentable at all times;
- Internal event coordination;
- Support the finance team with processing invoices and other adhoc duties;
- Oversee all stock management including stationery and groceries.
The Expertise
To be successful in this role you will possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Attention to detail is essential, as well as a strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude. You will be confident, professional, and well presented. This role is highly suited to someone who is returning to work, or someone who is eager to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated initiative and is proficient in MS Office Suite.
