Christmas Receptionists | Sydney CBD Locations | $30-$35 per hour

The Opportunity

With the holiday season fast approaching, many of our clients are seeking friendly, professional Receptionists to keep their offices running smoothly while their teams take a well-deserved break.

If you’re visiting Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, or simply looking for short-term work over the Christmas period, this is the perfect opportunity to gain corporate experience, meet new people, and enjoy Sydney’s vibrant CBD atmosphere.

We’re partnering with a mix of ASX-listed, private, and global businesses across diverse sectors – each offering a vibrant, welcoming, and modern workplace buzzing with end-of-year energy.

The Responsibilities

As the welcoming face of the office, you’ll:

  • Greet and assist visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression
  • Manage calls, mail, couriers, and meeting room bookings
  • Keep the office running smoothly — ensuring shared spaces are tidy and well-presented
  • Support internal events and festive workplace initiatives
  • Uphold the company image and spread a little Christmas cheer! 

The Expertise

You’ll bring:

  • 6–18 months’ experience as a Receptionist, Office Coordinator, or Administrator
  • A friendly, confident, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and great attention to detail
