The Opportunity

The Responsibility
As the Client Experience Lead, you will:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Guest Relations, ensuring a first-class experience for visitors and staff.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
- Manage the seamless operation of client-facing spaces, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.
- Oversee all on-site events and engagement activities, offering creative and cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and vendors to deliver premium service and hospitality experiences.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.
The Expertise
We’re looking for a people-focused leader with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospitality or client experience leadership role. Along with, proven expertise in managing corporate client spaces, events, and food & beverage services, ideally within a corporate setting for at least 2 years; strong leadership and team development skills, and demonstrated prior management experience, with a passion for mentoring and inspiring others. Stylistically, we are looking for someone with a proactive and adaptable approach, who can multitask, thrives in fast-moving environment, has exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and lastly, a genuine passion for customer service, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences.
