The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded professional services firm, allowing you to grow your career and be surrounded by inspiring and high-performing individuals. This is a newly created Client Services Coordinator position based in their beautiful offices in Sydney CBD, you will be a part of their proud, long-standing positive culture. Based on reception, the role will manage general office duties, engage with internal and external events, and provide excellent service to clients and guests. If you are a hospitable, personable and have a client centric approach this opportunity is for you. 

The Responsibility
  
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times and personalised experience for all clients
  • Meet and greet clients and/or our external suppliers and provision of refreshments as required
  • Coordinating room bookings and calendars, book in all meeting room bookings and send confirmation emails
  • Maintain the presentation and upkeep of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Monitor and maintain the kitchen area, stationery supplies, food and beverage and inventory; making orders as required
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, and posses a friendly, approachable demeanour and enable clients to feel welcomed. Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience in a corporate environment delivering exceptional customer and guest service, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a team environment.
