Our client is a respected, privately owned consultancy known for its expertise in career transition and workforce strategy. With a strong reputation and national presence, their Sydney team is seeking a polished and people-focused Client Support Coordinator to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the client journey.
This is not just an admin role. It’s a unique opportunity to become the warm, reliable, and highly capable point of contact for individuals navigating key career moments. You’ll bring empathy, professionalism, and proactive energy to every interaction, all within a values-driven, inclusive, and genuinely supportive environment.
If you’re looking for meaningful work where people are the priority, this could be the perfect fit.
The Responsibility
As the Client Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, offering responsive, solutions-oriented support tailored to their unique needs;
- Building trusted relationships through clear communication, empathy, and consistent follow-up;
- Managing confidential client records with discretion and attention to detail;
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and events, working closely with internal consultants to ensure a seamless experience;
- Supporting communication initiatives, including executive roundtables and client engagement activities; and
- Proactively identifying and resolving client issues or escalating where appropriate.
The Expertise
You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on helping others. You’re confident, professional, and calm under pressure, with a warm and personable style that puts people at ease. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in professional services, education, HR, recruitment, candidate care or similar;
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and exposure to CRM systems;
- An organised, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach; and
- A genuine interest in people and their career journeys.
The Next Step
This is a chance to work alongside passionate professionals in a business that truly values what you bring to the table.
