The Opportunity

As the Community Executive, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, working Monday to Friday with standard corporate hours.
The Responsibility
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome (and fond farewell) to all visitors and members;
- Managing front-of-house operations including calls, inbox management, and day-to-day office presentation;
- Coordinating and supporting a wide range of office events, activities and seasonal celebrations that bring the community together;
- Leading tours and onboarding new members with confidence and clarity;
- Building strong internal relationships and ensuring a high-touch, responsive service model;
- Partnering with vendors for IT, catering, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and elevated experiences;
- Ensuring shared spaces are beautifully maintained and align with luxury standards;
- Contributing to workplace initiatives that enhance culture, experience and connectivity.
