The Opportunity 

Our ASX-listed client is on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their high-performing team. The Responsibility  

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders, delivering a polished and professional front-of-house experience.
  • Manage a busy reception desk, including answering and directing calls, handling enquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and organised environment.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and shared spaces, ensuring seamless execution of catering, AV setup, and room readiness in line with corporate standards.
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal events and meetings, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently from start to finish.
  • Liaise with building management and facilities teams to action service requests and maintain workplace standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider teams, contributing to the smooth running of daily office operations.

The Expertise
  
The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within professional services or a large-scale organisation. A background in Corporate Reception, Guest Relations, or Workplace Coordination is essential. You’ll have a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, strong technical skills, and the confidence to manage a busy front-of-house environment with ease. What sets you apart is your meticulous attention to detail, ability to stay composed under pressure, and your genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service. A positive, proactive mindset and a “no task too big or small” approach are key to succeeding in this role.
