The Opportunity
Join one of the world’s most prestigious and renowned investment banking firms as part of a dynamic Dual Reception team! Headquartered in New York, but with an equally beautiful Sydney CBD office, the company is home to a high-performing, enthusiastic, and intelligent team of professionals, known for delivering premium services to their high-end client base.
In this dual front-of-house role, you will work alongside another experienced receptionist to ensure the smooth and professional running of the reception desk, supporting both clients and internal teams at the highest standard.

The Responsibility
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will act as a polished and personable face of the business, responsible for delivering top-tier client services at all times.
This involves:
- Promptly and politely meeting and greeting all visitors and clients;
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails;
- Drafting and sending letters, dealing with mail and couriers;
- Scheduling and setting up meetings rooms and boardrooms; catering, AV and stationary; serving tea, coffee, and snacks to clients;
- Maintaining the front office’s presentation and supplies;
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and property managers;
- Ad hoc Reception/Admin duties as required.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will be a confident, outgoing individual who is focused on providing premium service. We are looking for at least 2 years of experience in a similar corporate business environment, or, luxury 5-star hotel, premium fine dining restaurants, or as a host or airlines. You will be welcoming and mature in your approach to work, switched on, and well presented.
In this company, your eagerness to understand the industry from the ground up will help you advance, and there will be numerous opportunities for you to do so in the years to come. You’ll have a strong ability to deal with shifting priorities and have great time management. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, remarkable attention to detail, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
