The Opportunity
  
Looking to bring your combined reception and hospitality skills into a corporate environment? Our ASX-listed client is after a confident, client-focused professional to join their front-of-house team. You’ll work in a warm, collaborative office just steps from the waterfront in the heart of the CBD. This is your chance to combine your love for creating seamless experiences with a professional, career-focused setting – think polished reception, smooth meetings, and hosting with a smile.
  
The Responsibility

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams, making everyone feel welcome;
  • Run a busy reception desk: calls, enquiries, and keeping everything organised;
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, AV setups, and prep for internal events;
  • Support internal events and meetings from planning to execution;
  • Work with building management and facilities to keep the office running smoothly; and
  • Provide general admin support to keep daily operations seamless.

The Expertise
  
You’ll ideally have at least two years of experience in a similar role, with a background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments. Exposure to corporate settings or event management is a bonus, and experience in food and beverage service will be highly regarded. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and you bring strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders. Most importantly, you’re someone who can work independently, show initiative, manage your time effectively, and adapt with ease in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
