The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a leading global firm in their Sydney CBD office. Known for their professionalism, stability, and high-performing culture, this organisation partners with top-tier clients across Australia and internationally.

As the welcoming face of the business, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and professional front-of-house experience while supporting a range of administrative and office management functions.

The Responsibility

As Corporate Receptionist, you will represent the firm with professionalism, warmth, and discretion at all times. As part of the facilities team you will be working in a dual desk dynamic with an emphasis on team collaboration and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors promptly and courteously
  • Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls and inquiries efficiently
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, set-up, catering, and AV requirements
  • Handling mail, couriers, parcels, and maintaining front-office presentation
  • Providing administrative support to Facilities and Executive Leadership teams
  • Assisting with client events, office functions, and supplier management
  • Supporting facilities management and office operations, including ordering supplies
  • Offering backup support for Executive Assistants and Adviser Associates when required

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will be a polished and professional individual with proven experience in a corporate reception or similar high-end environment. You’ll demonstrate:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm and professional manner
  • Confidence handling senior executives and high-profile clients with discretion
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support wider office functions

A background in financial services, law, or other professional services will be highly regarded, but candidates with extensive front-of-house experience in similarly polished environments (luxury hotels, airlines, or professional services) are encouraged to apply.
