Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support their mailroom and curation operations. This 10-day assignment is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available professional looking to gain experience with a well-respected brand. The Responsibility

As part of the mailroom team, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating shipping services, including managing inbound packages and scheduling outbound deliveries;
  • Completing booking forms and preparing commercial invoices for international shipments;
  • Booking couriers and tracking deliveries from dispatch to arrival;
  • Providing timely delivery updates to relevant stakeholders;
  • Maintaining relationships with shipping and logistics partners;
  • Handling ticketing requests and ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

The Expertise

You thrive in a team-oriented environment and can communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
