The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a national technology organisation celebrated for its innovation, steady growth, and commitment to excellence. With an inclusive and development-focused culture, this business is now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support a newly acquired division.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who’s eager to build strong foundations in administration. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive team, gain hands-on training, and enjoy plenty of room to grow, learn, and take ownership as you develop.
This permanent, full-time role will commence immediately in the Botany office before moving into their brand-new, North Ryde premises in March 2026.
The Responsibility
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Manage bookings, customer enquiries, and service requests
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
- Process orders, invoices, and account details accurately
- Assist with scheduling, document prep, and technician coordination
- Support the team with day-to-day operations and ad hoc task
The Expertise
You may be at the start of your career, but you bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you’ll have some prior experience in an office or customer service setting, and you’re confident using Microsoft Office — particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
You take pride in being organised, enjoy working as part of a team, and approach your work with a calm, can-do attitude. Most importantly, you’re eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and your development is encouraged.
