The Opportunity

The Role
  
In supporting this extremely busy CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Complex diary management and ever-changing scheduling across time zones.
  • Extensive international and domestic travel arrangements, including visas and VIP logistics.
  • Email management, prioritisation, and ensuring seamless communication flow.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders including investors, board members, and industry partners.
  • Coordination and attendance of events, launches, and openings.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Supporting confidential projects and initiatives, requiring discretion and sound judgment.
  • Overseeing and mentoring the Receptionist/Office Assistant to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Occasional personal support and travel with the CEO during peak periods.

The Expertise
  
To be considered for this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally at CEO or C-Suite level.
  • Prior exposure to fast-paced industries such as entertainment, media, marketing, or similarly dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • High EQ and the ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and resilience.
  • Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • A flexible approach and dedication to the job – comfortable with occasional evening work or travel for major events.
  • An energetic, proactive, and “no job too big or small” mindset.
