The Opportunity

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling the college’s leadership and supporting valued governance, educational, and community initiatives.
The Responsibilities
- Act as a professional and confidential point of contact for the offices of the Principal;
- Manage diaries, appointments, correspondence, and meeting arrangements;
- Oversee administrative procedures related to scholarships, student records, and reporting to donors;
- Support and coordinate events, promotional and philanthropic activities, and social media communications;
- Provide secretarial support to the College Council, its committees, and manage biennial Council elections;
- Assist with administrative tasks for the tutorial program and annual student mentoring initiatives.
The Expertise
You’ll have a minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable professional support role, ideally within an educational context. Along with:
- Outstanding professional presentation, discretion, and a proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively, energetically, and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- High-level administrative, organisational, and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confidence with a range of technology applications, and an ability to adapt to new systems
