This is a unique hybrid role sitting at the intersection of Executive Assistant and Office Manager. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy Sydney office of 30. Playing a key role in the success of the team, you will bring structure, organisation, and a calm, proactive approach to a fast-paced environment.

The Responsibility
 
Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager will include, but not be limited to:

  • Comprehensive diary, calendar, and inbox management;
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones;
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries;
  • Expense reconciliation and general administrative support;
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and EAs across global offices;
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendors, and facilities;
  • Coordinate internal events, team activities, and office initiatives;
  • Support a collaborative, high-performing and fast-paced consulting environment;
  • Ad hoc assistance throughout the office.

The Expertise
 

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ corporate experience across Executive Assistant and Office Management roles. While not essential, a background in professional services or consultancy will be highly regarded. You will bring a mature approach to your work, take pride in your exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate a polished, proactive mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a professional, personable, and switched-on approach.
