- Support the Co-Founder/Director of Legal in a 1:1 capacity
- Gain exposure to a portfolio of UHNWI and elite stakeholders
- Plenty of responsibility, growth, and perks on offer
The Opportunity
Work for an impressive and well-established boutique firm with a stellar reputation in market and an extensive network of ultra-elite stakeholders, VIPs and HNWIs with international reach. Their high performing, close-knit team is now seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Legal Director in a 1:1 capacity.
With many perks on offer including a generous salary package, a supportive team culture and endless growth opportunities (not to mention a stunning office), this is an exciting opportunity for an EA or PA seeking a varied, challenging and rewarding role.
The Responsibility
As the EA to the Co-Founder/Legal Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive and extensive email, travel, and diary management;
- Coordinating the Director’s client portfolio including assisting with complex client enquiries and maintaining the CRM system;
- Organising internal team events and functions;
- Prioritising a high volume of client correspondence in a timely and professional manner;
- Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and various other agencies on behalf of clients as well as coordinating company registrations, setting up trusts, and SMSFs
- Assisting with debtors, billing, invoices, and payments;
- Drafting, preparing, and collating documentation, letters, correspondence, and presentations;
- Acting as a main point of contact for ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Given the boutique nature of the firm, there is significant scope to take ownership and shape the role.
The Expertise
The successful candidate will have 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive, Team, or Personal Assistant, ideally within Professional Services, Financial Services, or Legal. Experience working with ASIC lodgements and documentation is essential.
You’ll bring exceptional communication skills, a mature and proactive approach to work, and outstanding organisational ability. Advanced MS Office Suite skills and meticulous attention to detail are also required.
