The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading financial services firm, renowned for its specialised expertise and respected brand on both local and international stages. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic immediately available Executive Assistant to support 3 Directors and the broader team.

This is an ideal role for a motivated self-starter, requiring strong executive support skills and the ability to work confidently and proactively. If you are looking for a role that offers both challenge and opportunity, read on!

Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Diary management, including scheduling meetings with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inbox management, including actioning and delegating emails as required.
  • Travel coordination, including both international and domestic arrangements.
  • Preparing meeting packs, day packs, and presentations.
  • Organising team events such as strategy days, team functions, and town halls.
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and expenses.
  • Managing projects ranging from long-term strategic initiatives to IT setup and team onboarding.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting executives or directors.
  • Proven experience in large, global, or fast-paced corporate environments, with the ability to manage complex demands and priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a network of EA’s.
  • A strong communicator, able to read the room and adapt your style and approach to the varying stakeholders.
