The Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly expanding legal firm at the forefront of transforming corporate and commercial legal services. We are currently seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary to contribute to their dynamic team based in the heart of Perth CBD. This role offers a chance to leverage your strong interpersonal skills and organisational abilities by supporting key leader in the firm with administrative duties. You will play an integral part of the office’s growth and overall success.

The Responsibility
Your responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:
- Diary management and travel arrangements;
- Preparation of legal documents;
- Hard copy and e-filing;
- Client communication;
- Email management;
- Billing and expense management;
- Maintaining client and matter records and databases;
- Supporting the Executive Assistants under supervision when needed;
- Ad hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying.
The Expertise
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar legal support role or 2-3 years admin experience within a professional environment. You will be an exceptional communicator, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Experience with legal billing is preferable
Your welcoming approach, maturity, and bubbly personality will take you far in the role, with opportunity to progress your career quickly internally. Intermediate MS Office Suite skills are important.
