The Responsibility
As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted right hand to your leader, ensuring the seamless operation of their day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and calendar management, including global travel coordination and logistics;
- Scheduling and facilitating high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- Preparation of professional documentation, including correspondence, pitch decks, proposals, and briefing materials;
- Email and communication management, including drafting and responding on behalf of the executive;
- Stakeholder engagement, building strong, trusted relationships across all levels;
- Project coordination, research, and execution of time-sensitive deliverables; and
- Event preparation and support, both internal and client-facing.
The Expertise
We’re seeking a polished, proactive, and solutions-focused professional who thrives in high-performance environments. You will possess:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within professional services, global firms, or similarly fast-paced corporate settings;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to stay several steps ahead;
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal and a naturally confident, professional presence;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with tact and discretion; and
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.
