The Opportunity

The Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Extensive diary and calendar management for multiple executives;
- Coordination of international and domestic travel;
- Processing of expenses, coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV requirements;
- Coordinating agendas for meetings and taking minutes;
- Office management such as ordering of stationary, supplies and office upkeep;
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders;
- IT assistance and liaison, onboarding and offboarding of new starters; and
- Organising team events, external off-sites and venue arrangements.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will be sophisticated, approachable, and professional, with 5+ years of experience across Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Office Coordination roles. You should be comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a close-knit team. We are looking for someone who is switched on, confident, and polite, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking initiative, being self-motivated, and maintaining stability and composure in a busy environment.
