Now, they’re looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to become a key player in their fast-growing business.
The Responsibility
You’ll support the Executive Chairman directly while also managing the day-to-day operations of the office. You’ll be integral in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting key strategic initiatives as they scale. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage complex scheduling, inboxes, and priorities for the Executive Chairman
- Prepare board packs, presentations, reports, and briefs
- Coordinate senior leadership and board meetings
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Lead or support special projects, events, and company initiatives
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience. You thrive in dynamic environments and love the buzz of early-stage companies. You’re a self-starter who enjoys jumping in and making things happen—even when there’s no rulebook to follow. You’ll bring:
- Strong experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail;
- Comfort working autonomously or in small teams;
- Experience in professional services, fintech, consulting, legal, startups or non-bank lending (a plus);
- Confidence managing office logistics and internal communications.
